Delete your account

From inside the app

Open Settings.
Tap Advanced.
Tap Delete profile.
Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.

If you have already uninstalled the app

You do not need to reinstall it. Email privacy@zeoze.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

If you can no longer access that email address, write from any address and tell us the phone number on the account. We will ask you a question or two to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything, because we cannot let one person delete another person's account.

What gets deleted

Everything below is permanently removed from our live systems:

Data	What that covers
Your profile	Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, country, and your profile photo.
Your looks	Every vote request you created, and every photo attached to them, including the image files held by our image provider.
Your votes	Every vote you cast on anyone else's look.
Your comments	Every comment and reply you wrote.
Your credits	Your balance and your entire credit transaction history.
Your social graph	Who you follow, who follows you, the friend groups you created, and your membership of anyone else's groups.
Your moderation lists	The accounts you muted and the looks you hid.
Your devices	Push notification tokens, so notifications stop immediately.
Your AI photos	Any face or full-body photo you consented to store for the "try it on" feature.
Your sessions	All sign-in tokens, on every device.

Deleted data falls out of our encrypted backups within 30 days, after which it is gone from those too.

What we keep, and why

Two narrow exceptions, both kept to the minimum:

Abuse reports filed against you, if any. These stay so that a pattern of harmful behaviour cannot be erased by deleting an account and making a new one. They are kept without your profile data attached.
Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires us to keep them, and for fraud prevention.

Comments and votes you left on other people's looks are removed along with your account. Looks belonging to other people are not affected.

Deleting only part of your data

A single look: open it from My Requests and delete it. The photos go with it.
Your "try it on" photos, without deleting your account: you can withdraw that consent and remove them from within the app.
Something else: email privacy@zeoze.app and tell us what you want removed.
